Seven Seas Voyager - big ship with a great program

At the restaurant La Veranda you can stroll along the buffet and choose your favorite food. After dinner, you relax a bit on the spacious sundeck by the ship's outdoor pool.

A wide entertainment program is available on the Seven Seas Voyager. So you can visit the library on the ship of cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises or enter the casino. For a new look, you head to the beauty and hair salon. Active people opt for the fitness center or jogging track.

The Seven Seas Voyager is a sister ship of the Seven Seas Mariner. It was completed in 2003 and has a length of 204 meters. The nine decks house 353 suites that accommodate 700 passengers. In the penthouse suites there is even a butler service available.

Before the cruise

Alcohol on board
The purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages is reserved for guests 21 and older. Except for cruises to Hawaii, Alaska, and New England, which do not leave US territorial waters, guests aged 18 to 20 years may only purchase and consume wine and beer on board with the consent of an accompanying parent.
Permission is given only if the accompanying parent completes the permit to consume alcoholic beverages for young adults. You will receive this form upon embarkation at the reception desk.
On international cruises, guests over the age of 18 may consume alcoholic beverages without parental permission to consume alcoholic beverages for young adults.
Guests are requested to consume alcohol only in moderation. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to ban and confiscate all alcoholic beverages brought aboard the vessel.
Embarkation/ disembarkation
The embarkation time varies depending on the suite and Seven Seas Society status. Guests departing from a US port must board at least two hours prior to departure. This is required to comply with US customs and border regulations. For all other cruises there is a minimum of one hour and 30 minutes before departure time.
Upon disembarkation, guests should leave their suites shortly after the scheduled arrival time at the port. Guests who have only booked the cruise from the cruise line should plan their outbound flights at the earliest four hours after disembarkation. As of the following cruises, early boarding is available for guests of the suites listed below and / or the Seven Seas Society status below.

Return transfers can be booked in advance or on board during the cruise. In the latter case, the fees will be charged to your onboard account.
Hotel arrangements and shore programs
Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers guests the opportunity to book hotel stays and programs ashore. You can extend your stay at your port of embarkation or disembarkation at one of the hotels listed or you can opt for an exclusive special arrangement in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world. Rates include accommodation, taxes, service charges, full breakfast, luggage transportation and transfer where applicable.
Please note that rates do not include early check-in or late check-out. The official check-in usually takes place at 15:00 and check-out generally at 11:00.
One or more nights can be purchased to allow early check in for early morning arrivals or late check out for late departing guests.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to find substitutes for certain hotels.
Some optional shore programs are subject to a minimum number of participants and will be canceled if not met. For shore programs / hotel arrangements that are canceled within 90 days of departure, cancellation fees apply. Guests planning to participate in the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Air / Sea Program and who do not require custom flight arrangements will be provided airport transfers to / from the pier respectively hotel. Guests booking their flights independently can purchase a private transportation from the airport to the pier in advance; the flight details must be communicated no later than thirty days before departure.
Unfortunately, bus transfers for guests with separate flight reservations cannot be booked before the cruise. All transfers after the cruise can only be booked on board at the shore excursion desk.
Infants
Infants must be 6 months old on the first day of the cruise to be able to travel. For cruises of three or more consecutive sea days, infants must be at least one year old on the first day of the cruise. Guests traveling with a child who does not meet the infant age requirements will be denied boarding. No refund or other compensation will be given by Regent Seven Seas Cruises if infants or companions are denied embarkation due to violation of age requirements.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises meets the SOLAS requirements and therefore does not allow passengers under the age of one aboard their cruise ships. Exceptions are not possible in this regard. All guests under the age of 18 years are only allowed to travel with an adult 18 or older and in the same cabin.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises does not provide for the care, entertainment or supervision of children. Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the spa and fitness facilities even if accompanied by an adult. Special prices for children are offered on certain cruises. These offers apply for children under 18 years.
Smoking on board
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is prohibited in enclosed dining rooms, certain public areas, elevators, the theater, all suites and on all balconies and is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Smoking electronic cigarettes is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Smoking of cigarettes is permitted only in certain areas of the outdoor pool and in the following public spaces:

Seven Seas Explorer: Connoisseur Club, Pool Area (designated area opposite the Pool Bar)
Seven Seas Voyager: Connoisseur Club, Horizon Lounge (designated outdoor area on one side), pool area (designated area opposite the Pool Bar)
Seven Seas Mariner: Connoisseur Club, Horizon Lounge (designated outdoor area on one side), pool area (designated area opposite the Pool Bar)
Seven Seas Navigator: Galileo's (designated outdoor area on one side), pool area (designated area opposite the pool bar)
The smoking of cigars is only permitted in the Connoisseur Club of certain ships and in the designated area opposite the Pool Bar. Pipes may only be smoked in the Connoisseur Club.
The smoking of pipes in open deck areas is considered extremely flammable and is therefore prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with the above smoking policy will be asked to vacate the ship at their own expense. There is no compensation or credit for the unused part of the cruise.
Travel prices & insurances
All travel prices are in euros, per person based on double occupancy and include all fees, taxes and security charges.
Pregnancy
Regent Seven Seas will not allow embarkation to pregnant women, who have reached the 24th week of pregnancy at the start of the cruise or reach it during the cruise.
Gratuities
The gratuities for all Regent employees are included in the cruise price.
Prohibited items on board
Guests are not permitted to bring onboard drones, firearms, weapons of all kinds, ammunition, explosives or hazardous materials for the safety of other guests and the ship. Irons and ironing boards and pressure cookers are also not allowed on board.
Animals of all kinds except companion animals, provided the passengers notify the cruise line prior to departure of their intention to carry such animals with them and agree that they are solely responsible for all costs, damages, injuries and losses, caused by or related to the animal.
Personal air care appliances such as hairdryers, flat irons, shavers or curling irons are allowed on board, but must be handled with care. However, if it is found that such equipment constitutes a hazard then it will be confiscated and returned to the owner prior to disembarkation on the last day of the cruise.
Currency
The currency on the ship is the US dollar and all fees applying on board are paid in US dollars. The cruise line uses a cashless system. At the time of embarkation, you will be asked to register an accepted credit card. In the evening, before leaving the ship for good, you will receive a detailed bill of all onboard service and product charges to your suite. The total amount of these fees must be paid cash with a traveler's check or an accepted credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
On certain itineraries, the ship offers currency exchange at the reception desk. The onboard account of the guest is charged with the fees for the exchange of foreign currency on board; there is a transaction fee of 5%. Since not all currencies are available on the cruise line, most are available at the ship terminal.
Laundry
All guests now enjoy FREE Valet Laundry Service during their cruise. Enjoy the luxury and convenience of freshly washed, carefully ironed and folded linens, collected and delivered to your suite throughout your cruise.
Means of payment
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks are accepted for deposit and full payment. As a convenient service for you, we offer to automatically charge the remaining payment to the credit card you used for the deposit.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises accepts no liability for foreign currency/handling fees charged separately by the issuing credit card companies. These fees, charged separately by the credit card companies, do not benefit Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Bookings made via third party credit cards can only be accepted if a valid debit authorization is provided by the cardholder.

During the cruise

Onboard physician
Each ship has an approved and registered doctor and a nurse on board who provide medical and emergency services; for this the usual fees will be charged. The ship 's wards are designed to treat certain transient conditions and injuries, but cannot provide continued treatment for existing illnesses.
For guests who need oxygen devices, only oxygen concentrators are allowed on board, which must be brought by the guest. The wheelchairs of Regent Seven Seas Cruises on board are for emergencies only.
Boutique
The on-boat boutiques offer a selection of designer fashions, fragrances and items with the Regent Seven Seas Cruises logo, toiletries and everyday items also for sale. Due to government regulations in the host countries, the boutiques are occasionally closed during a port stay.
Casino
Electricity
Your suite will provide you with electrical device connections both with 110V (USA) as well as 220V (Europe). Each suite has a hairdryer and a DVD player.
Luggage & valuables
Each suite has a safe with electronic combination lock. Dimensions of the safe: depth 10 cm, width 35 cm, height 17 cm
Regent Seven Seas Cruises is not responsible for personal items such as money, jewelery, cameras, binoculars, papers or other items that you keep with you or in your suite.
Internet on board
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the ship, including most suites. The access is made via satellite communication systems. However, services and speed vary from port to port. The cruise line would like to point out that high-volume applications such as Skype, Netflix, YouTube and VPN are not included in the FREE unlimited Wi-Fi offerings.
If you use a mobile device that accesses the Internet via a cellular network (such as 4G) instead of over the WiFi network of the ship, this is considered mobile access, which incurs roaming charges. Any costs incurred will be charged directly through your telephone company and not via the ship.
Children and teenagers on board
The Club Mariner program is designed for ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-17 years and is supervised by specially trained caretakers. Club Mariner is only offered on certain cruises. For details, contact your travel agent. Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the spa and fitness center.
Clothing recommendation
Clothing ranges from casual to evening attire upon request. Casual clothing describes casual outfits such as jeans, shorts, t-shirts and sneakers. Casual clothing can be worn during the day both on board and ashore. On the evening before disembarkation, guests may need to pack their bags early for their departure the next morning. With this in mind, a casual dress code applies on the last night of the cruise.Otherwise, casual, elegant clothing is recommended in the evenings. For dinner ladies are asked to come in skirts or trousers with a blouse or sweater, trousers suit or dress; Gentlemen are expected to wear long trousers and a shirt with a collar. Jackets are not compulsory. Ties are not compulsory.Formal or semi-formal attire is optional on two evenings on cruises of 16 nights or more. On the two evenings with optional evening wear, guests may dress to the smart-casual dress code or choose formal attire such as evening and cocktail dresses for ladies, tuxedo, dinner jacket or dark suit and tie for gentlemen.
Beauty salon / hairdresser
The services offer of the beauty salon and spa include manicure, pedicure, facials and various spa treatments and are available on all ships upon agreement. You can reserve your spa treatment at Canyon Ranch as of 60 days before the start of the cruise.
Mail / stamps
Outgoing mail and stamps are available on all ships for a small fee.
Restaurant - open seating
You can eat during regular table times, when, where and with whom you like. Table reservations are required in some specialty restaurants.
