Booking instruction

1. Booking request.
For some cruise lines online availability check and online booking is not yet technically possible - but we are working on it! We want to make  our way to your dream vacation as easy as possible:

1. Choose your next cruise from our extensive cruise database.
2. Choose your cabin.
3. Give us the address, name and birthdays of the travelers on a pre-made form.

Upon receipt of your cruise request, we will immediately check availability and price and send you a travel request in the form of a link, which you should confirm, and we will then bindingly book your cruise. If the cabin you want or the whole cruise is fully booked, we will be happy to provide you with an alternative offer. You are in good hands with us!

2. Book cruises online.
With many cruise lines you can book your dream cruise online, this is currently possible with AIDA Cruises, 1A Vista Reisen, Azamara, Carnival, Celebrity Cruises, Costa Kreuzfahrten, Cunard, Holland America, MSC Kreuzfahrten, NCL, Nicko Cruises, Phoenix, Princess Cruises , Royal Caribbean, TransOcean, TUI Cruises and AROSA Flusskreuzfahrten. Please note that flights usually have to be requested and reconfirmed.

1. Select your cruise from our cruise database.
2. Enter the number of people you want to travel with
3. Select your preferred cabin from the free cabins.
4. Give us the address, name and birthdays of the travelers on the pre-made form.
5. At the end of the booking you will be shown the payment modalities.

This is a binding booking. Your details will be transmitted over an encrypted connection and of course treated confidentially. We take care of the rest - the only thing left to do is look forward to your next vacation!

3. Personal advice? Of course!

4. Callback - and we will call you back!
Is there no phone nearby? No problem, we will be happy to call you back later. Let us know your name, your telephone number and your request on the callback form and we will get back to you!

5. After booking.
You have signed the travel registration or booked online. What's happening now?

1. You will receive a travel confirmation / invoice and a security certificate that protects your payments against the organizer's insolvency.
2. When booking the cruise, a deposit is payable in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the tour operator, which can be found on our homepage under “Terms and Conditions”.
3. You will find the remaining payment amount on your travel confirmation.
4. We will send you the travel documents about 2 weeks before the start of the cruise, as far as possible this will be done by email. Some cruise line still have paper tickets, which will be sent to you accordingly by mail.
5. Let's go! Have you packed your “seven things” and have valid travel documents? Then we hope you enjoy your dream vacation!

6. Payment transactions.
Payment transactions are regulated differently depending on the cruise line or operator. We are bound by the instructions of our partners. As a rule, you have the following options for paying the travel price:

1. Bookings from Germany:
- Direct collection (payment to the organizer directly)
- Transfer to our account in Germany
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
2. Bookings from Austria and Switzerland:
- Direct collection (payment to the organizer directly)
- Transfer to our account in Germany or Switzerland
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
3. Bookings from all other countries:
- Direct collection (payment to the organizer directly)
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)

7. Travel conditions, liability.
Each cruise line or operator has its own travel conditions. We have put together for you these general terms and conditions on our homepage under “Terms and Conditions”. For inquiries and bookings, you can print out the travel conditions within the booking form. Please confirm that you accept the terms and conditions. Upon request, we will be happy to send you the terms and conditions by mail, email or fax.
NEES-REISEN AG acts as an intermediary on most cruises. We are responsible for the prompt and correct processing, however we cannot guarantee the availability of the cruise at the time of your inquiry or booking. Since many cruise lines or tour operators work with daily prices, there may be a price change between sending your booking request and preparing our offer. We will of course inform you about this before concluding a contract. Your request represents an application; a contract is concluded when the travel confirmation / invoice is sent. If a cruise cannot be correctly assigned to a cruise line or an operator, the travel conditions / terms and conditions of NEES-REISEN AG, 63829 Krombach apply.
