Dog-river cruise on the Rhine and Moselle

On the MS Dutch Grace you explore the most beautiful hotspots along the Rhine and Moselle. A relaxed atmosphere, 72 comfortable cabins, full board and various leisure activities round off the river cruise pleasure for 144 guests. In the evening, travelers exchange ideas at the restaurant and in the lounge of the panorama bar or enjoy a varied entertainment program. The partly covered sun deck is the ideal location to relax. The MS Dutch Grace is also one of the few ships that warmly welcomes dogs. On special themed cruises, everything revolves around the four-legged companion: a dog meadow on the sun deck is perfect for running around, a professional dog trainer travels on board and offers exciting training sessions and useful tips.

1AVista ALL INCLUSIVE board
Full board with a rich breakfast buffet, multi-course lunch and dinner, table and bar drinks are served. Tea, coffee with pastries and cakes in the afternoon and late-night snack. Good European cuisine and vegetarian food. Open bar and table drinks such as house wine, draft beer, soft drinks such as cola, lemonade, juices, mineral water, coffee and tea (from 08.00 to 24.00) are included.
General information
Aboard the Vista Grace you can expect tasteful furnishings and a friendly crew, so that you feel comfortable from the first moment on board. On the upper deck there is a spacious panoramic salon and a cozy bar. At the restaurant you can enjoy international dishes with a wonderful view and a small onboard shop rounds off the amenities on board.You can reach all cabin decks with the elevator (except cabins 200 to 206). The partlly covered sun deck with plenty of loungers invites you to unwind. Your four-legged companions are also well taken care of: There is a dog park on the sun deck and a professional dog trainer is on board and offers exciting training sessions and useful tips.

A doctor can be reached on land at short notice.
Excursions and shore leaves
The 1AVista cruise management arranges organized excursions (booking and payment for individual excursions on board, except packages) offered and operated by local agencies and offers information for private shore excursions. A mobile audio system is available for numerous optional excursions.

Onboard equipment
Spacious sun deck, partly covered, with comfortable loungers, chess set and dog area. Elegant restaurant, tastefully furnished panoramic lounge with cozy bar, spacious welcome area with reception and board shop. The ship is fully air-conditioned.      
Life on board and entertainment
Cozy, relaxed holiday atmosphere. We recommend comfortable clothing, smart clothing is required for dinner. The onboard currency is the euro, the onboard language is English and German. EC (Maestro and V-Pay) and credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) are accepted. Quiz events and dance evenings with live music ensure good entertainment. Experienced 1AVista cruise management.

Your cabin
The ship has 72 cabins, four of which are suites. The cabins on the main deck are around 15 m² in size and have a shower/toilet, telephone, safe, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. They have upper windows that cannot be opened. The middle deck is divided into 2 areas. All cabins are around 15 m² in size and are equipped with a shower/toilet, telephone, safe, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. The front cabins have round viewing windows that can be tilted halfway (except cabin 201, where the window cannot be opened). The other middle deck cabins have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows (French balcony). The cabins on the upper deck have the same equipment, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows (French balcony) and are around 15 m² in size. The suites are around 22 m² in size.

Please note:
Every effort is made on board to ensure that you and your dog have a wonderful vacation..Of course, during the numerous dogs travels a “little house rule” must be followed. The stay for your dog is permitted on a leash for all guest areas on board. Whether in the salon, at the reception or on deck - you can carry your four-legged darling with you (1AVista recommends not to take your dog into the restaurant). Fresh drinking water is available both in public spaces and in the cabin. Bring the usual food with you, so that your four-legged friend can eat its familiar food. A treat at the front desk is of course taken care of. The moorings are scheduled so that several stops are made during the day. In between, there is a small dog meadow on the sundeck for the needs in between

For each booked cabin only one dog can be booked (see additional services). Dangerous dog breeds according to the dog regulations of the country NRW like Pitbull, Bullterrier, Rottweiler, Bulldog etc. are not permitted. 1AVista only allows dogs, which are kept in the house and have a good social behavior. Please note that female dogs in heat may be excluded from the cruise, as this can lead to impairments in the daily routine.
Maximum allowed shoulder height of the dog: 50 cm.
