Santorini is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea, the southernmost of the Cyclades Islands with around 10,000. Together with the islands of Thirasia and Aspronisi, Santorini forms a volcano cone that protrudes from the sea.

The entire island is a Greek dream. The typical Mediterranean climate and the characteristic Cycladic landscape can be found here, as well as magnificent archaeological excavations. Walks are wonderful: there are steep pumice coasts next to wide beaches, small villages and times and again this architecture with the whitewashed houses, churches with blue domes.
The most beautiful is certainly the picturesque village of Oía, wherefrom a path leads along the steep coast to Thira: splendid views of the sparkling water of the sea, the fabulous nature, fantastic sunsets. In Thira you can visit the excavations of old Thíra; there are other archaeological finds in Akrotíri. In Thira, a museum also provides comprehensive information about the archeology of the island.
The most beautiful beaches are Kamári, Périssa and Akrotíri.
