The famous reclining Buddha with signs inlaid in its feet mark is located in Wat Po. But also the more than 400 other figures there from all eras there are interesting. The weary visitor is offered here a very Asian form of relaxation from the city bustle: all sorts of traditional massages at reasonable prices are offered. For returning visitor to Bangkok further recommended are the Wat Arun with its particularly high towers, the Wat Saket a little outside, but for compensation overlooking the city and the Wat Benchamabopit made of marble.
