Riverside Mozart

A holiday on the Riverside Mozart means: just pack your suitcase once, experience very different things and be happy. At one of the first class restaurants. At the spa with sauna and massage. On during an excursion. Or simply with an Earl Gray or a Taittinger Rosé on the Vista Deck when the lovely landscape of the Wachau passes by. It's just letting your eyes slide. Not only does the time tick differently on the Riverside Mozart, but also the ship itself. It sets new standards, has suites instead of cabins, the smallest already measuring 20 square meters. No other luxury river cruise ship on the Danube offers so much space and such a large crew. The service on board is excellent. And yes, marriages can fall apart because of different tastes – but this ship is uncompromisingly beautiful.

Before the cruise

Excursions
In each port, Riverside Luxury Cruises offers a wide range of excursions. Some of these are included in the excursion package - others can be booked individually, as "luxury" also means choice.Shore excursion operators are expected to meet high standards to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay ashore. Should you choose to book excursions arranged by the cruise line, you are assured of the following:
Safety: Reliable tour operators meet and exceed high safety standards and insurance requirements.
Convenience: Departure and pickup times at each port are coordinated with your ship's arrival and departure.
Comfort: Limited group size for a more intimate and personalized experience on land and while sightseeing. All guests receive an audio guide device on all tours.
Protection: No penalties for inclement weather, attraction closures, or change of departure time
No hidden fees: All-inclusive prices - all entrance fees, admissions, refreshments (if applicable), etc. are included in each tour description.
Internet access
The cruise line is pleased to provide guests with free Wi-Fi.
Please note: service disruptions may occur on certain river sections and when passing through locks.
Smoking
Riverside Luxury Cruises permits smoking in a designated smoking area. The indoor smoking area is the Connoisseur's Club and the outdoor smoking area is on Vista Deck 4 midship. Smoking is not permitted in public rooms, suites and any area not designated as a smoking area.
Transfers to and from the ship
Riverside Luxury Cruises offers complimentary transfers between the ship and select airports on embarkation and disembarkation days. The service is offered from/to the following airports: BUD (Budapest Ferenc Liszt International), MUC (Munich International for Passau) and VIE (Vienna International). Guests arriving from/to other airports, train stations or local hotels can book a private transfer at an additional cost.All guests arriving by air (either international or domestic) must collect their luggage, clear customs and will then be met by a Riverside Luxury Cruises representative in the arrivals hall (not baggage claim).
Gratuities recommendation
You are gladly welcome to reward the service crew for their efforts with a gratuity. A minimum amount of €10,- per cabin per day is recommended.
    
Currency & ship account
To expedite the settlement of your account, your credit card details will be verified along with your signature upon check-in. Your ship account and the fees can be settled with cash, bank card (EC card), MasterCard®, VISA® or American Express®. The currency aboard Riverside Luxury Cruises is the Euro.

During the cruise

Butler service
The Riverside Luxury Cruise ships are all-suite river cruise ships and this concept also includes butler service for each individual guest. The dedicated butler will do everything to ensure that you feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. Butler service includes packing and unpacking, shoeshine, serving hors d'oeuvres and in-suite meals, deliveries, as well as assisting with reservations, spa appointments, recommendations, etc.
Dress code
Smart Casual Comfortable and casual clothing is ideal on board and for sightseeing ashore. Bring comfortable hiking/sports shoes appropriate for your activity. The attire for the various restaurants is casual during the day; However, swim suits, bathrobes, and baseball caps are not appropriate.
The following clothing is recommended for evenings:

Warm capes or evening coats, as well as gloves and scarves for the autumn and winter months
Men:collared polo shirt | dress shirt (no tie required) | suit trousers/ trousers | sports coat (optional)

The cruise line asks you not to wear t-shirts, shorts and flip-flops in the evening. Should you decide to dine at a more formal restaurant on land, a suit jacket and tie may be desirable or required for gentlemen. Please ensure you have appropriately packed for all of your planned experiences. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in each suite for use during the cruise. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, upscale cosmetics and an umbrella.
Medical facilities
There are no medical facilities or doctors aboard Riverside Luxury Cruises. The medical service can be easily contacted by local facilities ashore if necessary. Guests who require regular medication or have special dietary requirements are advised to bring an adequate supply of medication or dietary supplements in their carry-on baggage.Riverside Luxury Cruises reserves the right, without liability, not to embark and carry any guest who would require constant attention from river ship staff

Salon
The salon's dedicated professionals are glad to welcome you with their services, which include haircuts, hairstyling, manicures and pedicures, among others. Appointments can be made through your butler or directly through the spa reception on board.  
Self-service laundry
Of course, the laundry provides you with everything you need. The Riverside ships are among the few river cruise ships that offer their guests a fully equipped self-service laundry with Miele washing machines and dryers as well as an ironing board.  
Spa
The spa offers a range of beauty services for both men and women and the trained spa staff welcome you to a range of relaxing massages and spa treatments. Let yourself be pampered in the spa with the high-quality product line from Natura Bissé. This Barcelona-based luxury brand uses breakthrough technology with highly effective pharmaceutical-grade ingredients for targeted anti-aging results. Appointments can be made through your butler or directly through the spa reception on board.

Documents and papers

Passports/Visas
Guests are asked to take full responsibility for obtaining the required travel documents, including valid passports and visas, prior to departure. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry by customs and immigration authorities.
Please note: Guests are advised to contact their travel advisor/travel agent to ensure they have obtained all required visas and that all documents are up to date. Riverside Luxury Cruises cannot be held responsible for the visa information provided by us or the travel consultants as visa rules and requirements change regularly. VISA REQUIREMENTS (US AND EUROPEAN CITIZENS): Currently, US and European citizens do not require a visa for river navigation in Europe.VISA REQUIREMENTS (NON-US CITIZEN): Because visa requirements are different for each nationality, we ask that all guests who are not US citizens or Europeans contact their travel advisor or a local visa service to determine their individual requirements Visa requirements for ALL PORTS. Visa information can also be obtained from the local embassy or consulate of the countries you will be visiting.
